Clay brick as traditional wall materials has the advantages of high intensity and low price,but the disadvantages is that the weight is big and the production process causes serious damage to the ecological environment.Therefore,Therefore,the enery-saving building wall materials have become the highlight to be researched and developed in building around the world.Rice hull mortar based on the original state rice husk,sand,cement,water as raw is researched and developed,with rice hull replacement the same volume of sand preparation of it.It not only saves resources and protects ecological,but also makes rational use of rice husk waste generating economic benefits.Rice husk mortar as a green new energy saving building materials,has lots of advantages such as light quality,high strength,good thermal insulation and durable performance,mainly used in nonbearing filling wall and retaining structure.It can be used as alternatives to traditional ideal material of clay brick wall material.1.Mechanics performance test is studied on a variety of specimen,mainly including the compressive strength and flexural strength test,the thesis selects the best specimens A6 strength.The result is that appropriate rice hull can improve the strength and 45% is especially obvious;the water absorption rate of rice hull is large and the water is more thorough in the later stage of hydration process,enhancing the strength of rice hull mortar.2.A study has been carried out on physical properties between specimen A6 and the control group specimen A0,A5,A7.The physical performance test includes the coefficient of thermal conductivity test,determination of dry density and water absorption rate.The result is that 45% is especially obvious for determination of dry density and water absorption rate;the rice husk dosage can reduce the thermal conductivity and 50% is especially obvious.3.A study has been carried out on durability properties between specimen A6 and the control group specimen A0,A5,A7.The durable performance study mainly includes the infiltration resistance,the frost resistance,the carbonation resistance and the resistance to sulfate dry-wet cycle performance.The result is that the rice husk dosage has no significant effect on the infiltration resistance;45% is especially obvious for the carbonation resistance;the rice husk dosage can improve the frost resistance and the resistance to sulfate dry-wet cycle performance and 45% is especially obvious.4.In order to study and verify the change of the performance of the mortar,the microstructure of the rice husk mortar was observed and the mechanism was analyzed.The result is that the characteristics of rice husk uneven surface can enhance the bond of rice husk and cement hydration products,improving the strength of rice husk mortar;a closed cavity formed with mortar and rice husk having low thermal conductivity,thermal conductivity of air cavity is low,thereby reducing the thermal conductivity of rice hull mortar;for good material grading,good peaceability and minimum porosity,45% is especially obvious for the carbonation resistance;in the frost resistance and the resistance to sulfate dry-wet cycle performance test process,various internal pressure of the mortar can be formed and internal pressure and rice hull form a closed cavity to form elastic deformation and the test piece is not easy to be damaged,so as to improve the test results.
