CFG composite foundation as a mature economic foundation treatment formoccupies a higher proportion, with its construction speed, low engineering cost, construction quality control, suitable for the formation of a wide range, in the foundation engineering industry. More and more high-rise buildingsalso tend to choose this kind of foundation form.The single pile vertical bearing capacity characteristic value also gets higher and higher, and the settlement after work also meets the standard requirements. But planning and adjustment, sponge city and the surrounding environmental conditions change must change near the site of the buried condition of the groundwater, and also affects the foundation of building safetyin a certain extent. Especially when the single pile vertical characteristic value of the bearing capacity of CFG of affluent coefficient is small, the degree of risk is difficult to define. The combination of the Henan Province a basis using the CFG composite foundation of the phased development of real estate projects,which are basically the same in the site conditions, the level of activity, under the same parameters of CFG pile, and test results of two CFG differences.And then combined with the construction condition analysis, the surrounding environment investigation, around the underground water level changes of CFG single pile vertical bearing capacity characteristic value of the influence making analysis and discussion.The main work of this paper:(1)Inspected and analyzed the development course of the CFG composite foundation at home and abroad. Summed up the CFG composite foundation with machinery manufacturing, engineering experience continue to accumulate and become more and more mature.Andthe market share has the gradual development trend. In the follow-up project design and construction, choice of comparative case is relatively abundant.(2) Through the detailed investigation and analysis of the specific projectsto identify the cause of the CFG pile vertical bearing capacity of the difference between the value of the reasons, to avoid the emergence of the project disputes,to point out the direction for the next step in the development of the project.(3)Through the specific engineering practice, it is recommended that the CFG composite foundation designshould give full consideration to the changes in the surrounding environment.It provides a reliable guarantee for the completion of the project follow-up and reliable use, especially when condition of groundwater change causes the adverse effects caused by deterioration of site conditions. Recommend appropriate to improve the CFG pile single pile vertical bearing force characteristic value, the composite foundation bearing capacity characteristic value of affluent coefficientin response to changes in the environment with sufficient certain safety storage space.
