Technology And Application Of Composite Foundation Of The CFG Pile

Entering the new century,the construction has been got great development about industrialization,at the same time,more and more high-rise buildings have been adopted by many cities and put into production and use.Especially in the coastal developed cities,because of the soil,the multi variability of the static and dynamic loads,the complexity of hydrological environment and the diversity of the use function,the requirements for the bearing force and foundation settlement are more stringent.Faced with the problem of composite foundation,a new kind of foundation processing is a good way to solve the problem of the trapped,which is the CFG pile composite foundation technique.In particular,strengthening the weak foundation soil,has a certain advantage.Compared with the ordinary pile foundation,it has the following advantages:the pile body material mainly selected industrial waste fly ash,which changes waste into valuables;pile itsself not equiped with reinforced,reducing the project cost;and inter pile soil bear the load together,improve the bearing capacity of composite foundation;construction practice is relatively simple,save a lot of human and financial resources;the construction speed is very fast,shorten the construction period.In this paper,according to the study on the current situation of CFG pile composite foundation,and combining with the engineering examples,the paper mainly analyzes and studies the following aspects.First of all,according to the bearing mechanism of CFG pile composite foundation are analyzed,and elaborated the related concepts of the composite foundation and the cushion properties,compared to the CFG and other type of pile,and discusses the characteristics of CFG pile composite foundation under load;then,based on the design process of composite foundation of CFG pile.Introduces the design requirements for the investigation,summarizes the commonly used calculation method of bearing force and related problems of settlement design;secondly,the simulation of the vertical loads of the CFG pile composite foundation by finite element software ABAQUS,the CFG foundation stiffness,pile modulus,cushion modulus,soil modulus of composite foundation cushion under horizontal surface stress and displacement of the soil and pile,stress and the displacement of soil between piles,vertical stress and displacement effect;thirdly,CFG pile composite foundation in engineering construction process of choice and ensure some matters needing attention in the quality of the pilebody.Finally,combined with the specific engineering examples,expounds the concrete application of CFG pile composite foundation.
