In recent years,with the rapid development of China's industrialization and the construction of new urbanization,the use of construction steel in various projects is also increasing.Therefore,it is urgent and important to develop high performance(high strength,good ductility),low consumption and low cost,and to promote the wide application of high quality steel in engineering construction.Cold-rolled ribbed steel wires and bars with improved elongation CRB600 H is a new type of cold rolled ribbed steel bar,which is developed by our country's independent innovation technology.Because in the process of rolling steel in the face of increasing shrinkage and after the heat treatment process to improve the strength and elongation index of steel,made it have obvious yield level,and has good performance and obvious damage warning,and more and more the design,construction and developers recognized and adopted.At the same time,the new technology of producing high ductility cold-rolled ribbed steel wires and bars with improved elongation by using common carbon steel through cold rolling heat treatment is in line with the new requirements of China's steel industry policy and construction steel.This paper for cold-rolled ribbed steel wires and bars with improved elongation CRB600 H in the frame structure,frame shear wall structure,the shear wall structure,frame tube structure as influenced by force and structural reinforcement of economic feasibility and economical efficiency were analyzed.Application of structural analysis software PKPM and engineering quantity calculation software-Guangsha budget system(based on mansions structure CAD)analysis and modeling of engineering quantity statistics of some engineering examples,respectively,in order to ensure the structural safety based on,CRB600 H grade reinforced bar instead of the project commonly used HRB400 reinforced.The reinforced with different strength grade of various structural types of component reinforcement are analyzed and compared,the saving rate is given the cold-rolled ribbed steel wires and bars with improved elongation CRB600 H structure of all kinds of all kinds of components of steel consumption and steel cost saving and explore the changes.It is pointed out that for different height,different use types,different structure forms of the building and all kinds of components,the application of CRB600 H grade steel instead of HRB400 steel reinforcement dosage saving effect is not the same.For the member that can give full play to the strength of CRB600 H high strength steel member section material effect is better,but for the structural requirements or minimum reinforcement ratio of the components of the material effect is poor.And then draw the different component of various structural system used in the cold-rolled ribbed steel wires and bars with improved elongation CRB600 H as stress or structural reinforcement effect,is better in the engineering application of cold-rolled ribbed steel wires and bars with improved elongation CRB600 H to provide reference.The analysis results of this paper can provide data support and technical support for the economic and security of the structure of the stress and the structural reinforcement in all kinds of structural members with cold-rolled ribbed steel wires and bars with improved elongation CRB600 H..
