With the development of economy and the acceleration of urbanization,the emergence of large-scale buildings has brought serious threats to the environment.The proportion of carbon dioxide emissions from the whole society in the construction field is more and more large.This trend that how to reduce carbon emissions in the functional structure is bound to strengthen.Due to the development of urbanization process,the emergence of urban complex as the representative of the commercial real estate,under the government vigorously advocate,is expanding rapidly from developed regions to underdeveloped areas and even smaller cities.In the rapid development of urban complex construction,it is very important to construct a set of low-carbon design evaluation index system which can be quantified.Urban complex has a variety of functions of urban functions.And urban complex will help alleviate the shortage of urban land,personnel employment pressure,traffic congestion,environmental degradation and other issues.Therefore a good urban design should be better to achieve low carbon,in addition to the introduction of low carbon technology,and it is more important in the functional structure of the optimal design to control the carbon emissions of buildings at all.In this paper,the urban complex as the research object,basing on a careful study of urban complex design process and the theory of urban complex,summed up the impact factors of urban complex low-carbon design.With site planning,architectural design,communication planning,landscape design as the main considerations,building a set of low-carbon design evaluation index system of urban complex.The 20 urban complex projects in North China were selected as training samples,and the related evaluation of low-carbon design was carried out by using support vector machine.Through the analysis of Shijiazhuang Taihua International Business Plaza,and verify the effectiveness of the low-carbon urban complex design and evaluation of the mode.
