At present,the state has limited the thermal power plant and metallurgical industry macro-control strategy and the existing mineral admixture production.Mineral powder and other mineral admixtures affected by the region and the region,the increasing supply of tension,and Wuhan in Hubei Province of the slag,it is difficult to meet the needs of concrete production,resulting in high prices of mineral powder,concrete costs.In this paper,based on the properties of phosphorus slag powder and limestone powder itself,using the concept of composite admixture,the phosphorus slag(powder)and limestone(powder)were mixed together as a mineral admixture of concrete.The advantages of these two mineral admixtures also avoid their own shortcomings.The following conclusions are drawn:1?When the content of phosphorus slag powder is less than or equal to 20%,the fluidity of cement paste will be increased.The phosphorus slag powder will reduce the early strength of cement mortar,but the strength of 28 days And the strength of pure cement flat.2?Phosphorus slag powder-limestone powder mixed with cement admixture will reduce the flow of cement mortar,85% phosphorus slag powder mixed with 15%limestone powder cement mortar maximum flow value of 230 mm,pure cement The fluidity of the mortar is 236 mm.3?Compared with cement,the strength of cement mortar is decreased in the early stage(1d,3d,7d).75% of phosphorus slag powder and 25% of limestone powder 28 d flexural strength of 9.6MPa,pure cement bending strength of 9.1MPa.4?When the phosphorus slag powder(80%)-limestone powder(20%)changed into phosphorus slag powder(60%)-limestone powder(40%),the 7d compressive strength of concrete increased by 11.2%,28 d compressive strength Increased by 5.8%and decreased by 5.7% in 60 days.5?In general,phosphorus slag powder and limestone powder to 60% and 40% of the mixture for the mixed mineral admixture as a substitute for mineral aggregate mineral properties can still be used.
