At present,the problem of the global warming has caused global attention,at the same time,the refrigerating medium has experienced the transform with the progress of science and technology.CO2 is a natural gas which is safe and innocuous,as to the greenhouse effect is relatively low,and it has no damage to the atmospheric ozone layer,as well as has good thermodynamic properties.CO2 heat pump can achieve effective heating,and not only to reduce power consumption,but also can be green and economical.Therefore,the influencing factors and important structural components of CO2 heat pump thermal cycle were researched in this paper.The CO2 heat pump is the kind of system with high efficient utilization that use the heat of air as the heating energy.This topic is proposed to design and develop a set of small-sized CO2 heat pump hot water system suitable for home,and the original parts of the heat pump are calculated and selected,and a heat pump hot water system test bench are constructed.In order to discover the optimum condition of unit operation under various conditions,The filling quantity,capillary arrangement,internal and external factors of CO2 heat pump system in different seasons are experimentally analyzed.The main technical parameters of the main equipment,the structure of the main heat transfer equipment and the form of the heat transfer are determined.The experiment of three capillary tubes parallel to the throttling element is mainly carried out.The effects of the parameters on the efficiency of the unit are investigated,and the results is that the effect of three capillary tubes in parallel is more sutiable for the working condition than the single capillary tube and the double capillary tube,and higher maintenance of heating efficiency.Important reference value and theoretical basis for the optimization design of small-scale CO2 heat pump hot water plant are offered by this research and analysis design of this paper.
