Base on requirement analysis of owner,and provide process optimizing measure, including: mode of individual department working,enhance communication between departments, decrease times of working handover,recognize no-value process and quality control.etc of measures. And aim at the specific problems of A thermal power plant, such as hardly lateral communication, complex serial working connection, crudely process management, poorly communication among departments etc., the effective measures will be taken according to detail analysis.Then passage from the view of A thermal power plant, making case analysis: first,structure project team, and optimized human resource, it should be harmonic with the construction group, stable design team and enhance team cohesion. Second, the project willapply schedule plan and millstone program, according to software of PROJECT and C3 P,that establish the schedule program of preliminary and construction design, make time schedule reasonable, and adjust dynamic management program.
