Automobile diesel engine is a major trend of development of automobile thermal engine. China in the "11th Five-Year" automobile industry policy adjustment direction is the development of ecological harmony, the leading diesel engine technology as a kind of energy conservation initiatives, is currently the core of China's automotive development.The design and optimization of vehicle exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) system are studied, using automotive engine bench test, obtained under various conditions of exhaust gas recirculation valve the best opening, and three-dimensional map of linear interpolation, and the ideal system storage unit ROM values were compared with the calculation, to obtain the ideal results after interpolation, the pivot position deviation and interference in the actual use of the process, using the modified recursive least squares algorithm (RLS) was optimized. The test results show that the modified RLS algorithm for LPG gas vehicle exhaust gas recirculation system of reasonable control strategy based on robust, safe and reliable work, high efficiency decreased automobile NO_x emissions.
