Central heating system,which is essential to the construction of urban and rural infrastructure,is an important standard of city modernization.However,for the current central heating systems,there exist problems such as low efficiency of heat utilization,lack of long-term control mechanism for room temperature,and lack of efficient thermal measurement methods.These results in some disadvantages that the system control strategy is not perfect and the automation level is low.In this paper,based on the sufficient analysis of the principle and deficiencies in central heating system,taking temperature regulation of the client and heat exchange station as the purpose and the secondary district heating network equipment as control plant,we built hardware and software platform for heat consumer,heat exchange station and control center,resptectively.By improving level of the control strategy and automation in central heating system,the purpose is to achieve the object of saving energy and reducing energy consumption.This subject(research)took STM32F103ZET6 as the core to develope intelligent temperature controller.Data display and the user instructions input were realized through the liquid crystal display(LCD)screen,buttons and other input and output devices.Through the analog and digital output module,the water valve,the circulation pump,the alarm and other external equipment control were centralized controled.Communication to the master computer and data upload were realized by connecting wireless communication module.The real heating environment were simulated by controlling the AC220V-powered circulating pump and electric heating rod.In control algorithm,the PID and Bang-Bang control were applied to the intelligent temperature controller,where several groups of data were collected and the actual control effect was determined.For the heat exchang station,S7-300 PLC was used as the field controller to design monitoring system.The mathematical model of heat exchanging station was established where it was found that the relationship of the water flow side and the water temperature side is second order.Based on the second-order model,traditional PID algorithm,Smith predictor control algorithm,fuzzy adaptive PID control algorithm with and without Smith control predictor algorithm were compared by using the Simulink of matlab to simulation.Finally,fuzzy adaptive PID-Smith control algorithm was selected as the control algorithm for the heat exchanging station.Research on center management system and and development of software achieved data aggregation,analysis and processing of the whole network,provided a way of remote control for system administrators.Research on client management system and development of software and mobile-phone application(APP)provided a visit and convenient way for the general hot users to manage home heating system.In this paper,the designed central heating network intelligent management and control system can effectively improve the level of heat central management and automation,reducing labor costs and energy consumption,which is in line with the current developing trends of central heating system.
