Study On Controlstrategy Of Electric Heating Film Heating System

In recent years,the traditional heating methods have produced a series of environmental problems,electric heating has been widely recognized by all sectors,electric heating film has been the widespread concern of scholars,as a new way of heating.In this paper,the research method was to combine the theoretical analysis,computer simulation and model experiment,and studied the control strategy of the modeling model using the electric film heating system.Firstly,the design features of electric heating film system were introduced,and the design load and fuel economy were compared with the traditional heating method.Then the electrothermal heating building was simplified as a model,and the transfer function of the electrothermal membrane heating system was deduced by the heat balance equation theory.In order to facilitate the study,a small laboratory was set up as the research object.The experimental unit step response curve of the model was tested by experimental measurements.The experimental model of transfer function could be confirmed by empirical formula.The simulation model of electric heating system was established by means of Sumilink toolbox in Matlab software.Using the Sumilink toolbox,it could create different control system simulations.Analyzed of the characteristics of various indoor temperature control strategies to determine a reasonable control scheme.Finally,the traditional switch control and proportional control of electrothermal membrane heating system were compared by the experimental method,and the advantage proportion of the control strategy was shown.In this paper,theoretical analysis and experimental studies have shown that the use of proportional control strategy of the electric film heating system than the traditional switching control strategy is more excellent.This paper provides a theoretical basis for the control of the electric heating film system,which is of instructive and practical value for practical engineering.
