With the development of our country's economy and the improvement of productivity,promote a large number of airports,stadiums,convention centers and other large and complex buildings be constructed,these projects promote the development of seamless construction technology about the over-long concrete baseplate,seamless construction organization and intermittent time of concrete pouring become a widespread concern.Based on a large number of relevant engineering data,the paper analyzes the key processes and factors that affect the interval time,in addition,temperature and strain of the over-long baseplate are monitored and analyzed in the field.In combination with the the derived formula,eventually got reasonable block pouring intermittent time of the different components which be used in the intermission construction and put forward innovative techniques.The main work is as follows:First of all,start with the basic theoretical issues of over-long structure seamless construction,the basic theory of over-long concrete structure shrinkage be discussed.An overview of the over-long and mass concrete construction methods,including its design configuration requirements,pouring and curing method,etc.,and are summarized.It analyzes the problems and deficiencies in construction of over-long exist in the process,mainly related to the construction organization and block casting intermittent time.Secondly,the temperature shrinkage stress of the typical first pouring block and after pouring block in the intermission construction process is analyzed,based on the theoretical analysis,the formula for calculating the stress of the after pouring block is derived from the experimental data,which laid a foundation for the calculation of the following intermittent time.Field monitoring test of temperature and strain was carried out at different structural positions,based on test data to calculate much research,with the basic theory put forward to meet the tensile strength of concrete block casting intermittent time.Combined with a large number of engineering data in Qingdao area,the intermittent time of pouring of baseplate,basement floor and floor slab is analyzed,carried out construction organization typical case analysis.Finally,this paper combined with intermittent Expansion Belt of engineering practice and experimental analyzed the impact of intermittent Expansion Belt to the intermittent time.In addition,it also puts forward the innovative technology of "the combination of the sequence and alternative bay,the combination of intermittent and strengthening".
