Engine front end accessory drive system usually contains multiple pulley bearing.The typical characteristic of bearing is high work speed.The engine working condition changed affects the bearing's speed and load.It has high requirement for reliability.In order to ensure the bearing quality conform to the national standards and customers' requirement,inspections for various parameters should be done in the production process of bearings.in To improve the efficiency and accuracy of measurement,this article makes technological research of the bearing radial and axial run-out on automatic detection which was done by artificial sampling in the past.At first,this paper generalizes and analysis the detection method of bearing beating.This article uses the inductive sensor for the bearing radial and axial run-out detection.The second,detection system solution is developed,including two part: the mechanical system and the measurement and control system.At last,to ensure it can meet the production requirements.It carried on the quantitative test of automatic detection.The design of mechanical system mainly comprises a bearing feeding device,a positioning mechanism,a run-out detection device,a mechanical hand and so on.The feeding device runs through the transmission belt.The mechanical hand implements the bearing transmission among stations.At the completion of prepositioning,the bearing is transported to the run-out detection device for the radial and axial run-out detection.Run-out detection device is run by pneumatic components,combined with virtual instrument technology to complete the detection and analysis of the bearing.The detection part of measurement system,based on virtual instrument technology,uses the Industrial Personal Computer as the platform to complete the test signal analysis and processing,computing and storage display.The control part relies on PLC control technology to components in the process of run-out detection.Used the I/O interface communication sends the sampling signal to the IPC and the the IPC collects run-out detection data for analysis and results display to make corresponding actions.Meeting the requirements of selecting parameters for the bearing.The test results of bearing beating signal show that the design of detection system meets the requirements of the production process for detecting bearing beating.
