| With the rapid development of high-speed EMU, high-speed rail has become the preferred transport for the Chinese people. At the same time, as the service time increases, there have been varied changes to circuit condition and bogie vibration characteristics of high-speed EMU. Along with the evolution of parameters and coupling effects, there have been some problems in the operation process of high-speed EMU. While solving these problems together with further research, we gradually realize the importance of the data obtained from long-term monitoring and of continuous research in service performance on high-speed EMU.Evolution law of Wheel wear and axle box, frame and car body vibration characteristics of high-speed EMU are studied in this paper. The work is done as follows,Because of a large amount of data to study service characteristics and the need for the measured data in the actual operation of EMU, the author designs the data acquisition system, inducts and reorganizes the measured data, extracts characteristic data from aspects of wheel wear, running ride performance and stability as well as the crankcase, frame vibration acceleration etc., providing data support for the follow-up analysis.Regarding to main factors which have influence on evolution law of bogie vibration characteristics of high-speed EMU, to analyze the coupling relationships among circuit condition, service time, vehicle type and running speed, explain the reasons for some phenomena by combining the theory with the measured data, focus on analyzing the influences on Evolution law of bogie vibration characteristics of high-speed EMU by deteriorating circuit condition and different tread profiles, analyze some problems such as multi-type mixed running and wheel out of round, analyze the possibility of problems from aspects of operation speed and duration.Finally, the importance of evolution law of bogie vibration performance of high-speed EMU is stated by the coupling analysis of the measured data and further research direction. |
