| Cars become an indispensable means of transport people,after more and more people concerned about the car ride comfort.Noise is an important factor affecting ride comfort.Automotive generators and engines are the main source of noise inside the vehicle.The research on engine noise has reached a high level.At present,the noise of automobile alternator is very important.In this paper,a company’s automotive alternator as the research object,found that the generator in the vehicle test there is "chirp" noise.Through the combination of experiment and theory to study the electromagnetic,ventilation and other noise problems of the generator,and to provide design basis for its noise reduction design,the main work of the paper are:First of all,from the car alternator electromagnetic,vibration and other noise problems,in the car alternator structure on the basis of comprehensive and in-depth understanding.The mechanism of noise generation is analyzed and researched deeply.Secondly,the paper puts forward effective solutions to the problem of electromagnetic noise in the low speed range,and proves the feasibility of the noise reduction scheme through theory.Finally,according to the above theory and noise reduction program to do the relevant test validation.From the rotor claw pole chamfer,the stator stop plus silicone pad to the rotor assembly to increase the silencer copper ring,etc.,to improve the analysis of automotive generators.And verify the feasibility of the improved scheme.In this paper,the study of the combined test and theory of automotive alternator electromagnetic noise,ventilation noise and other noise issues in-depth study for similar products to solve this problem of noise provides a scientific basis for the company’s products into the high-end Market and lay a solid foundation.The research work of the paper has certain reference value for engineering application of automobile generator. |
