Brake is a safety braking device of the complex lifting equipment.The quality of brake is directly related tothe security and reliance of the lifting equipment.If the brake presents failure in the operation process,and it is not solved in time,the result not only can causes damage to the brake itself,and may even causes more serious accidents.Therefore,it is great significant to carry out the monitoring,diagnosis and maintenance of the health condition of the lifting equipment brake.From this reality,the article carried outdiagnosis of health technology of complex lifting equipment(port,metallurgy)brake condition,in order to realize the health monitoring,state diagnosis and maintenance of the crane brake.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:1)The brake monitoring and diagnosis system in the field of lifting equipment are introduced.Subjected to the port machinery electric hydraulic brake and adopting brake performance and structure characteristics,thearticle analyses the brake failure mode and failure mechanism.2)Researching the method of brake condition monitoring and diagnosis is carried out and through the analysis of the structure stress of the brake,combined with the survey of the port enterprises,brake design and production units and the typical failure modes,adopting theory of single variable fault tree,the arctical constructs a set of brake diagnosistechnology based on state and information.3)According to the structure characteristics of brake,combined with the operating characteristics of the brake in complex lifting equipment,taking specific types of portal crane lifting mechanism as reference,based on the principle of the inertia of the flywheel,the monitoring and diagnostic test analysis platform for a set of electric hydraulic disk brake is designed for the further study of the brake performance,comprehensive diagnosis,and the predictive analysis.4)Subjected to designed experiment platform,abstracting part of brake monitoring statistics and adopting method of health diagnosis to analyse,the articledemonstrates the feasibility of diagnosistechnology.
