Thermoacoustic technology is a new technology,which causes more attention of world in recent decades.As a new thermal power device,thermoacoustic engine or refrigerator utilizes thermoacoustic phenomenon to reach the new purposes emerge as the times require.Thermoacoustic phenomenon means conversion between heat and acoustic energy.At the same time,with the development and progress of thermoacoustic theory technology.Thermoacoustic technology have a good prospect and future.It has been applied to all kinds of field like HTS,microelectronics,aerospace and so on.On the basis of previous studies,this paper researches the thermoacoustic refrigeration micro-circle model with the straight line process and uses the finite time thermodynamics to optimize the thermoacoustic refrigeration micro-circle of thermoacoustic engine and refrigerator regenerator plate stack.The paper considers the influences of internal and external unfavorable factors of cycle on the performance of the device and analyzes the relationship between the parameters and performance.The main contents of the article are as following:Firstly,analyzeing the performance and process of the thermoacoustic micro thermodynamic cycle.Content is divided into two parts,part one,establishing a thermoacoustic engine micro-circle model with the straight line process and describing the process of thermoacoustic micro-circle briefly.By using the finite time thermodynamics to optimize the dimensionless output power,acoustic power,efficiency and a series of objective function of thermoacoustic engine under this cycle.Part two,considering the reversible and irreversible thermoacoustic engine micro cycle,leading into heat leak and internal irreversible extent factor,making a more systematic analysis and optimization for thermacoustic micro thermodynamic cycle.Obtaining relationship and characteristic curves between thermoacoustic engine optimization objective function and different related parameters.Secondly,analyzing the performance and process of the thermoacoustic refrigeration micro-circle.Content is also divided into two parts,part one,different from the previous section of thermoacoustic engine micro-circle,we lead into Z objective function for analyzing he relationship between exergy efficiency and output acoustic power of thermoacoustic refrigerator.This chapter also briefly describes and analyzes the process of thermoacoustic refrigeration micro-circle.By using the finite time thermodynamics to optimize irreversible and reversible thermoacoustic refrigeration micro-circle,obtaining the optimization of relationship and curves between different performance functions and the related impact parameters.Thirdly,utilizing dual source thermoacoustic refrigerator which is developed by our laboratory to conduct a series of experiments.The main research contents are Characteristic relationship between both ends of refrigeration and other related parameters.Testing some factors included the inflation pressure,the regenerator filling and the vibration frequency of sound generator bring some influences about temperature difference,obtained the optimal wire mesh amount and the best phase of the corresponding maximum cooling temperature difference.
