Jiangsu Software Park,Nanjing,occupied a gold hub location and it connects Nanjing South Railway Station and the Lukou Airport.It was planed as a regional development base of new industry,an innovative service center of new industry and an eco-emerging demonstration zone.Research on ecological assessment exploration of its ecological corridor,based on the urban plan,makes sense to guiding the development of urban space in this area,by evaluate on ecological conditions before development and construction of software parks formed.It also makes sense to promoting the protection and restoration of the basic biomes ecologically.The research mainly approached by three levels:First,evaluation on the landscape pattern,second,planning of urban ventilation path,third,planning of ecological corridor.The evaluation and optimization of these three levels are intrinsically linked.The evaluation of landscape pattern does favor to the planning of urban ventilation path and ecological corridor.In the meantime,the planning of urban ventilation path and ecological corridor is based on the evaluation of landscape pattern.The planning of urban ventilation path and ecological corridor is taken for adjustment of unfavorable factors,based on current plan.Ecological evaluation of urban planning will help to ease the contradiction between people and the environment.The planning of urban ventilation path is helpful to alleviate the contradiction between urban development and the climate,while the planning of ecological corridor is helpful to alleviate the contradiction between urban development and biological survival and development.This research is taken out by extraction of the land use classification in this area,establish the geographic information database and analyze on all of them.The geographic information database is combined by the building height,building density in this area and important ecological point surrounding the study area,using ArcGIS software.We can expect the outcome over several aspects,as optimization suggestions on landscape pattern,position of potential urban ventilation path,zoning and optimization suggestions based on urban climate function,position of potential ecological corridor,evaluation and proposal optimization of plant communities.The main assessment on urban Planning of Jiangsu Software Park,Nanjing,are as follows:(1)Compared to the natural scenic landscape area,landscape diversity of this area is not high.There is imbalance between the proportion of the different types of land use.Accounted for the largest proportion are micro and small patches,compare to large and medium-sized patches.(2)Ventilation conditions are better in the northwest wind in winter.Relying on the north-west of the mountain,natural wind pressure and hot difference may relieve urban heat.But in the southeast wind in summer,the planning of urban ventilation path is necessary due to the large southern end of the building density plots and the lack of a large area of natural greenery.(3)Overall,the plant community in the study area does not have a potential to the natural connection of biological corridors.A part of the breaking point of habitat fragmentation is not conducive to the migration and biological proliferation.It is urgent to planning ecological corridors.The main suggestion on urban Planning of Jiangsu Software Park,Nanjing,are as follows:(1)Slow down the rate of expansion and biological planning goes first.As for Uncompleted building areas,ecological evaluation plan should anticipate the possible ecological problems early detection and remediation.Ecological restoration measures taken as far as possible before the next building can cause more damage.To protect and repair the site of selected potential urban ventilation path and ecological corridor,as the construction of urban ecological infrastructure.Make the appropriate adjustments on the next construction,based on the planning of urban ventilation path and ecological corridor.(2)Promote the protection and construction of large and medium greenbelt.Medium-sized green space planed should be taken caution on.Green coverage and green levels should be ensured.Application of native plants and fruiting plants should be increased in plant configuration.As to eco-friendly natural greenery near the edge of study area,less human interference should be taken in the planning process.AS to original key habitat patches around the study area,topography and community structure should be to maximize protected.(3)Control building height and density.Before the construction advanced,re-evaluate the buildings who has been planned.Reduce building density reasonably to make the divided space into a mosaic of space,expanding the role of air circulation space.At the same time,combine the high-rise buildings and low-rise buildings to improve the urban vertical space structure.Moreover,measures can be taken in the following aspects:select the heat capacity of the smaller surface material to alleviate thermal pollution,control pollution sources to solve the problem of air pollution.(3)Let open space and rivers play a role in ecological improvement,build relatively complex plant communities in or around them.Increase species diversity to enhance the stability of ecological communities and increase level richness to play different ecological functions by different life forms of plants.
