| Transformer as an important part of the power system,its health is a major concern.Regular maintenance is the mainly way to make sure the health of transformer in the word currently,which is regardless of whether the operation of the transformer is normal,bringing about the situation of"excessive repair" and "less repair".The impact of this situation is to reduce the reliability of power supply,a huge waste of manpower,material and financial resources.Based on the practical engineering records and the observations of the phenomenon on the transformer operation status,so as to the existing research results and experts’ experience with considerable literature consulted and the analysis of state parameters of transformer working condition,this paper has established a scientific and feasibility evaluation index system for a transformer insulation.First,establish an open two-layer comprehensive evaluation model of the furfural content,life loss rate,electrical test,oil gas state quantity of oil dissolved,oil quality factor parameters,electrical test factors and moisture content of pressboard;Meanwhile analysis the degree level of impact on the transformer state of the indicators,an improved analytic hierarchy process(IAHP)was adopted to calculate the weights of each assessment indicators;then,according to the particularity of the evaluation indexes,adopt a reasonable and effective approach which is relative inferiority degree to quantitative how much the deterioration degree of indicators affecting the operation of the transformer,and in accordance with set pair analysis method to calculate determine the level of affecting transformer state the resulting degree of degradation which belonging to the,dealing with the fuzzy of the assessment process,which can improve the accuracy of the state assessment.Finally,the proposed method for a power company in two runs in the power transformer conducted a comprehensive assessment of the state to give a more reasonable conclusion.Finally,taking the hub of power system equipment(oil-immersed power transformers)as an example,the results are satisfactory by putting the weight into the actual operation of transformer condition assessment.The results indicate that the improved analytic hierarchy process,which is based on the index weights,is effective and accords with the real situation. |
