| With the increase of the urban population,the supertall building is booming in order to achieve the high usage of the land.Because of the development of the new material and technology,the supertall building turns its form from the single office building to diversified complex building.In order to set up a comfortable visual environment,a new form of atrium with a supertall space in vertical and a relatively small cross-sectional area is created.However,the geometric features of the atrium determine the great influence of the smoke on the architecture in case of fire and make it easy for the fire to spread.At the same time,there are only few standard researches on the Ultra-thin atrium in supertall buildings at home and abroad.Therefore,the study of smoke spread in the Ultra-thin atrium is of great significance.他 he concept of the shape factor of the atrium is applied in the research process.The geometric characteristics of the Ultra-thin atrium,the coupling action between the smoke plume and the wall were analyzed.And the concept of Ultra-thin atrium was defined in detail.Due to the small shape factor of the ultra-thin atrium,the present formulate for the smoke spread in ultra-thin atrium needs to be modified.On the basis of the hypothesis of district control volume,The height formula of the smoke plume was modified and the spread of smoke in Ultra-thin atrium was simulated by using FDS.Finally,the general simulation software FDS was selected to analyze the natural spread of smoke in a Ultra-thin atrium. |
