In power system,a large number of power electronic devices and nonlinear loads are put into use,resulting in voltage disturbances,voltage waveform distortion,flicker and other power quality problems.It seriously endangers the stability of power grid operation,and at the same time causes serious influence to the users.Power quality monitoring system based on ARM and Linux is designed to improve the current electricity,which leads an important significance to the analysis and management of power quality.In this paper,the research status of power quality monitoring technology at home and abroad is analyzed in detail,mainly from three aspects: power quality monitoring device,power quality monitoring classification and power quality monitoring methods.It also introduces the definition,characteristics and standard algorithm of power quality parameters in power quality standards in china.The overall design scheme of power quality monitoring system based on ARM and embedded Linux as the software core is proposed.The hardware system includes signal conditioning module,A/D conversion module and system power supply module.The measurement circuit of the hardware is tested,and the two order Butterworth low-pass filter circuit is used as the anti aliasing filter circuit.The electric FM25V20 is used to store some important parameters at bus speed,which greatly improves the speed of reading and writing and the ability to store.The embedded Linux which contains bootloader,kernel and file system is constructed in the power quality monitoring system.The driver model of Linux system is proposed by developing the underlying driver.FFT is used for the signal processing and Qt/Embedded is used to develop the GUI.The function of embedded Linux operating system is tested on the hardwareplatform of power quality detection system.The result is that the power quality monitoring system can complete the task of power quality monitoring,including voltage deviation,frequency deviation,total harmonic distortion rate.From the point of view of performance,real-time and cost,the system can meet the needs of practical applications,and has a good human-computer interaction,in line with the latest requirements of power quality monitoring.
