Aero-engine provide power to aircraft,is to be regarded as the heart of the aircraft.Being an important parts of the aircraft engine,Machining accuracy of the torque transmission plate is highly demanded.Machining distortion has been the difficulty in the aviation manufacturing because of the special structured and complex process of the torque transmission plate.Problems of poor quality and low yield seriously restricts the development of the aviation industry,so,research on processing deformation control method of torque transmission plate has great theoretical significance and value in engineering.This paper analyzes the deformation factors impact the torque transmission plate,researching in processing deformation control of torque transmission plate through theoretical analysis and experimental verification,software simulation method.This article summarizes the factors impact of aircraft engine aluminum alloy overall processing deformation,combined with the structural characteristics and process characteristics of the torque transmission plate,analyze the impact pass reverse the deformation of the disk access processing.When researching clamping conditions factors,this article use the finite element method of combining simulation and experimental measurements,optimizing clamping condition and,proposing the principle of fixture setup by research on weight deformation effect and the clamping force deformation model of torque transmission plate.In order to control the deformation of torque transmission plate due to cutting force,this article established of the milling force empirical formula of aerospace aluminum alloy 7475-T7351 by three factors and four levels of orthogonal test.Using finite element software to analysis of the clamping force combined with cutting force that impact the deformation of torque transmission plate,get the basic law of machining distortion in this condition which provides a theoretical basis for this class of parts with the cutting parameters selection and process planning.This paper determined initial residual stress distribution in part blank of torque transmission plate by Layered borehole measurements.Using analytical method to study the two cutting mode to research the release law of initial residual in torque transmission plate.Research the machining distortion caused by initial residual stress in these two cutting mode deformation.The results provide an important basis for torque transmission plate to reverse the process planning.
