Sandwich structure has the stability of energy absorption and high strength characteristics,which is widely used in aviation,aerospace,ships,vehicles and other fields.In view of the evolution of the existing sandwich structure of unit-cell and the influence of the spatial distribution of unit-cell on the overall performance of the structure are less considered,so this paper proposed a product sandwich structure polyhedral unit-cell evolution mechanism based on origami geometry.Sandwich structure topology design method is proposed,and the analysis of the impact on the overall performance of the product unit-cell sandwich structure evolution of the polyhedron.The main research contents of this paper include:The first chapter summarizes the background and significance of the research,and summarizes the research status of the geometrical configuration of the polyhedral sandwich structure,the origami technology and the energy absorption characteristics of the polyhedral sandwich structure.This paper points out the shortcomings of the existing research,and proposes a mechanism for the evolution of the unit-cell of the polyhedral sandwich structure and the optimization design of the sandwich structure based on the uint-cell evolution process,and organizes the research content and structure frame of the whole paper.In the second chapter,the general location point and general position crease location method based on interval partitioning are proposed,and a new method based on origami geometry is proposed.The principle of the polyhedral sandwich structure of the unit-cell evolution mechanism,the transformation of the general structure of the pyramidal unit-cell and pyramidal unit-cell evolution parameters associated with simplified,get regular polyhedral sandwich structure of the body of the evolution of unit-cell;according to polyhedral sandwich structure The evolution of the unit-cell is proposed,and the evolution of the body of the sandwich polyhedron sandwich structure is improved.In the third chapter,the design process of polyhedral sandwich structure is neglected.The shape and size evolution of polyhedral sandwich structure are neglected.According to the shape and size evolution of unit-cell shape and size of different types of polyhedral sandwich structure,design of topological configuration of sandwich structures.In the fourth chapter,the collision model of polyhedral sandwich structure is established,and the influence of the impact angle and shape and size on the impact energy of the polyhedral sandwich structure is analyzed.The response curve is greatly reduced by the response curve,which greatly reduces the value range of the design variable of polyhedral sandwich structure crashworthiness optimization model,and improves the optimization speed and precision.In the fifth chapter,according to the optimization design method of polyhedral sandwich structure,a polyhedron sandwich panel with excellent impact resistance is constructed.It is applied to the impacted parts of engineering products to complete the original structure and polyhedral sandwich structure The effectiveness of the method is verified by comparing the shock response of the new components.In the sixth chapter,the paper summarizes the work of the whole paper,and makes a prospect for the following research ideas and directions.
