Design And Realization Of Controller On Auto Guided Vehicle Base On FMS

Auto Guided Vehicle is a kind of material conveying equipment with independent power source,material load-unload mechanism and auto guided system,which can move along projected route,get auto interface with other material conveying equipment and realize automatic processing during whole process between material load and unload.In order to achieve fully automation and unmanned factory during production line in FMS,AGV can enhance the automatic leval of industrial process immensely and make its application field and technology level improv very quickly.This paper studies the automatic guided vehicle is developed to realize 22MCC stereo warehouse storage in flexible manufacturing system requirements,basic development situation and characteristics in the full understanding of automatic guided vehicle at home and abroad,on the basis of automatic guided vehicle system technical requirements,focuses on the research of the composition and principle of automatic guided vehicle,analyzed in detail the control principle of automatic guided vehicle the use of differential speed regulating method,to solve the problem of automatic guided vehicle motion,and to control the key principle and data of these models are analyzed in detail.Then this paper for AGV controller hardware part of the overall design,divided into motor drive control module,tracking module,power supply module,analyzing in detail the controller design based on the principle of each module,circuit is designed.At the same time,based on the hardware design,but also on the part of the software of the automatic guided vehicle is analyzed and designed,through dividing functional modules,respectively,completed the automatic guided vehicle motion,control and other functions.At the end of this paper,the design of the automatic guided vehicle is verified by experiment,respectively from the test and analysis of wireless communication and intelligent control fork hand movements,test and analysis,automatic guided vehicle running speed,the test and analysis of the positioning method of the automatic guided vehicle,load testing and analysis ability and so on several aspects has carried on the detailed argumentation and analysis,automatic guided vehicle load show that the design of the design requirements.
