With the continued growth of global economy,resource consumption on construction industry and its operation process and environmental effects become increasingly serious.The common issue we face is to reduce building energy consumption and pollution emissions,to conserve resources consumption,to protect the environment and to achieve architectural harmony with nature.Intelligent building is arising due to the human's requirements on the safety,comfort,convenience exchange of internal and external informations.Compared with the traditional building,the smart of the intelligent building is mainly reflected in communications technology,computer technology and control technology.Network engineering technology is the core part of the intelligent building,whose main role is to merging building technology,communications technology,computer technology and control technology and other areas of advanced science and technology,and reasonable for the optimization of the overall integration.This thesis takes the network construction of a intelligent building as the research background,and studies the application of the network design and control techniques to the intelligent building.The main contents of this thesis include:1.Research on the integrated wiring system for various control signals which used to connect the equipment automated system,the office automation system and the communication network system.The integrated wiring system used in the headquarters building of the ninth council of China Railway Engineering Corporation consists of two parts,i.e.a headquarters internal used system and a sub-branch used system.The system uses the star structure designed to support Gigabit broadband network backbone,Gigabit to the desktop support,ensuring high stability and information systems transmission bandwidth,reaching the grid common technical indicators.2.Resaetch on the whole planning and construction of electronic computer room.During the process of the construction of electronic computer room,we designed an operation environment such that the hosts,servers,storage and other equipments can be servered with safity reliability,and temperature,humidity,cleanliness and electricity are in line with the requirements.Meanwhile,it can provide a convenience,fast,comfortable,and fully functional working environment for staff.3.Research on the development of virtual LAN.We developed a virtual working groups to dynamic manage network by limiting the broadcast range.Meanwhile,we studied the designment of local wireless network that can be seamlessly accessed by assigning the same SSID(Service Set Identifier)to different wireless AP transmitters.This research has certain guiding significance for the construction of the similar network engineering in intelligent building,also provides a similar experience for reference.
