As the core control unit in terms of signal switching and equipment protection,Solid State Relay(SSR)is widely used in the astronautics electronic system.Before aerospace use,the electrical characteristics and radiation tolerance of SSR,need to be evaluated accurately and efficiently.In this paper,an intelligent SSR parameter measurement system has been developed,which is based on the C++ and MySQL technology.On the hardware side,the multiplex switch and calibration compensation are adopted,as well as the design of application circuit for each parameter measurement.On the software side,the mean filter and bitmap search algorithm are used to optimize the parameter extraction,and the multi-thread technique and trigger working mode are introduced to accelerate the system response rate.Besides,the SQL operation performance of the MySQL database used for data management is perfected,such as insertion,query,update and so on.Furthermore,the electrical parameters and the radiation tolerance of a self-developed SSR5 which is used for aerospace application,are evaluated by the developed system.The experiment result has shown that this system can perform efficient and fully automatic parameter measurement with high precision,as well as manage the test data with good traceability.Meanwhile,the developed system offers a friendly user experience by reducing the degree of manual participation with high parameter measurement efficiency.This self-developed system provides a good measurement platform for design verification and radiation effects research of SSR used in aerospace.
