Since entering the new century,and increasingly fierce competition in military and aerospace field.Which gave birth to the new military and space missions more novelty,complexity,the shortcomings of traditional technology has become increasingly prominent,therefore technology comply with health and steady development.Miniaturization,remote,mobile,security and reliability aspects of future engines technology follows the trend.Research paper as a background.In a large number of domestic and foreign research information,independently designed and developed two liquid Ramjet ignition device.The design two kinds of ignition the ignition glow plug is used as the heat source.Designed by ignition systems the main difference is that with expansion tube and flame,suitable for different diameter in liquid fuel Ramjet engine.To the design of a liquid fuel Ramjet engine ignition devices for the carrier,specifically four aspects as follows:(1)Ignition device designed for this,common liquid fuel Ramjet engine working process analysis,design and give the design working process numerical simulation of ignition device and associated control equation theories.(2)On the design of two liquid rush research engine ignition systems for numerical simulation experiment under different conditions,verify flow mass flow rate,fuel mass flow rate and flow of total temperature change on the design of two liquid ignition performance of Ramjet ignition device.(3)The entity on the design of igniter prototype tested.Design build test,set the simulated test environment.Test system is the main flow simulation part of fire and air,ignition control part and supply parts.Performance tests of the prototype.(4)An analysis of results of confirmatory tests,two liquid fuel Ramjet engine ignition performance and working under various conditions.
