| Hydraulic system has been widely used in shipbuilding with the development of hydraulic technology,and the normal work of the hydraulic system is indispensable to ship’s safe navigation.As an important medium of hydraulic system,the quality of hydraulic oil can reflect the hydraulic system working condition directly.It is the online monitoring of main pollutant in hydraulic oil that can realize the troubleshooting and failxure prediction of hydraulic system.Besides,it has important sense of hydraulic machinery to increase mechanical reliability,mechanical life and commercial life.The basic research of pollutants distinguishing and detection in oil was studied in this paper with the combination of traditional capacitive detection,classical inductive detection.The main research contents of this paper are:The relationship between electrode radius,channel width and capacitance change was studied by COMSOL software.The computed result indicates that the capacitance change increases dramatically with the increase of electrode radius at first,and then keeping at a stable level.The capacitance change decreases with the increase of channel width.The inductance change when the particle was in the different radial position in the sensor were computed by COMSOL software.The computed result indicates that the best signal was taken when the particle near the inner wall of sensor.The micro-fluidic detection chip was fabricating by molding,the detection system was set up and detection experiments were done.The results show that water,air,iron particles,copper particles can be distinguished and detected by the combination of micro-capacitors and micro-inductive sensors.The experiments indicate that the amplitude of the capacitance increases as the electrode radius increases,the maximum increase of capacitance change can be up to 8.36×10-3pF.The signal-to-noise ratio varies with the excitation frequency for capacitance detection experiments.When the excitation voltage increased from 1V to 2V,the signal to noise ratio can be increased 53%.When the distance between the particle center and the center of the inductor coil increases from 20μm to 340μm,the maximum amplitude of the inductance change can be increased by 3.549nH and 4.02 times for inductance detection experiments.When the iron particles in the same particle size range were detected,the maximal increase of the inductance change could reach 87.5%by reducing the sample flow rate.The research of this paper has a reference value for the research and development of portable pollutants in oil rapid detection devices. |
