Dynamics Research With The Vibration Isolation Platform Of Grating Ruling Machine Based On The Environmental Vibration

Grating ruling machines' structure is complex.It is strict in the working environment and higher sensitivity to the various environmental factors of vibration.Tiny vibration will cause great impact on machining precision.So it is particularly important to cutting off the harmful vibration.This paper studies dynamic research of the micro vibration isolation platform under the various environmental vibration factor.And the modal analysis and vibration analysis with micro vibration isolation platform are made.The fixed structure model is constructed.(1)Analysis the environmental factors of vibration with the vibration isolation platform of the grating ruling machines.Discuss the characteristics of the micro vibration.The model of vibration isolation platform is put forward under the environmental vibration.(2)Some technology about cutting off the environmental vibration are introduced.The advantages and disadvantages of the three main technology of vibration are compared,and a variety of equipment about cutting off the vibration.The structure of the vibration isolation platform is optimized,equivalent,simplification.The discretization model of the micro vibration isolation platform is established under the passive vibration isolation..The two kinds of structure are dispersion structure and fixed structure.The fixed structure can easy to achieve the result of vibration reduction according to the response of input excitation.(3)The double-layer vibration isolation platform of single point have the vibration analysis under the environment vibration and passive vibration isolation technology.The micro vibration isolation platform can't reach the effect of vibration isolation by only using the passive vibration isolation.Therefore,it is proposed that the vibration isolation platform with solid connection structure,which is composed of active and passive vibration isolation.(4)The dynamics study on the vibration isolation platform is made based on the theory of the Udwadia-Kalaba.Under the environment vibration and hybrid vibration isolation technology,the discrete model of the micro vibration isolation platform is created.The model of single point is double isolation model.Finally,based on the theory of U-K,a mathematical model of the micro vibration isolation platform is established,In this paper,the environmental factors which are impact of the micro vibration platform are analyzed,and the dynamic analysis of the micro vibration isolation platform is carried out by using U-K theory.It is significance for the design of grating ruling machine.
