New energy vehicles as the trend of the whole auto industry development,at present stage of its development and research of field full of diversification;Air conditioning system as the second largest energy-consuming equipment in automobile,new energy automobile air conditioning system to develop will drive the development of new energy vehicles and play an important role.This article in view of the new energy automotive air conditioning system using power battery as power supply,operation condition complex,winter heating system energy consumption factors such as research and development new energy vehicles designed a heat pump air conditioning system.In this paper,the main research contents and achievements are as follows:(1)reading the literature,collection of domestic and foreign scholars on heat pump new energy automobile air conditioning system related literature,the research status of heat pump air conditioning system survey analysis,in this paper,the heat pump air conditioning system for the study of the theory of the guide,design and experimental analysis;(2)In the light of the complexity of new energy vehicles running and the particularity of winter defrosting was designed with a hot gas bypass defrosting heat pump air conditioning system,building air-conditioning prototype system: indoor side USES the parallel flow heat exchanger,outdoor use tube fin heat exchanger,and the prototype of the gas-liquid separator,accumulator and other key parts design and matching.(3)In this paper,the performance of the air conditioning prototype system is tested in the enthalpy difference lab,and the refrigerant charge and bypass opening are optimized.The analysis of the system and heat exchanger designed in this paper can meet the performance requirements of new energy vehicles when the refrigerant charge is 750 g.In view of the fact that the defrosting of the heat pump automobile air conditioner is difficult in winter,this paper analyzes the defrosting result of the system,and obtains the best opening of the bypass valve and the optimal defrosting period of the system is 30 min.(4)Loading prototype will be set up by the air conditioning system,carries on the real vehicle tests.Analysis of the experimental test results it is concluded that the prototype system under complex environment conditions can maintain the stability of the car indoor environment temperature,meet the requirements of the human body thermal comfort,accord with the requirement of new energy vehicles for automotive air conditioning.
