| With the increasing popularity of household air conditioners,users are no longer limited to basic requirements such as refrigeration and heating functions.Correspondingly,more and more people are becoming aware of the impact of noise pollution on daily life,the sound of the air conditioner in the process of using is also considered as a significant reference factor of the brand value.To this end,the noise of air conditioning products has been regarded as one of the key points in the design by many manufactures.In this paper,in order to provide theoretical guidance for the design of sheet metal parts,taking the certain type of the outdoor unit of household air conditioner as the research object,sing the boundary element method to analyze the acoustic field,and talking about the effect of the morphology and structure parameter of sheet metal on sound radiation.Firstly,establish a finite element model in HyperMesh.Then,calculate model analysis results in ANSYS.Finally,verify the reliability of FEM model by comparing the analysis results with the model test results.The harmonic response analysis results under the excitation condition of the compressor is solved in ANSYS,and the boundary element model is established in the LMS Virtual.Lab Acoustics acoustic simulation software.The harmonic response analysis results are introduced into the LMS Virtual.Lab Acoustics software as the boundary conditions,and the analysis show that the main frequency range of the sound radiation of the outdoor unit of air conditioner is no more than 1300 Hz under the working condition.Taking the thickness of the sheet metal,the structure of the roof,the quantityćdepth and width of the stiffener as the design variables,holding acoustic power level of the outdoor machine as the objective function,the influence of the design variables on the objective function is analyzed,it is found that increase of wall thickness of sheet metal is not completely beneficial to the optimization of sound field,the modification of the structure and parameters of the stiffener has a great influence on the sound radiation.In summary,it can be seen that in the process of the development of the outdoor machine,it is necessary to combine the acoustic simulation analysis to design the sheet metal parts,in order to obtain better acoustic results. |
