At present,the energy crisis and environmental pollution have become the most urgent problem of the global automobile industry and even all humanity,therefore reduce the vehicle energy consumption can effectively alleviate environmental pollution.With the increase of the total vehicle load power,the electric energy management is increasingly becoming the critical factor that affects the vehicle energy consumption.Therefore,the development of a real-time vehicle power management technology,with the sophisticated management of the automobile electric power,which can effectively reduce the vehicle energy consumption and exhaust emission,improve the vehicle fuel economy,has become the main direction of research on automobile electric energy mana gement.In this paper,based on the national natural fund and enterprise cooperation project,a real-time vehicle power management system based on LIN bus is researched.Firstly,the current automotive power system and bus technology have been studied with the analysis of the mainstream power management technology,the models of vehicle battery and intell igent alternator are established separately.Secondly,under the premise of satisfying the vehicle load power,the power management strategy based on the o ptimal load power distribution is put forward.According to the demand of load power,the output power of the alternator and battery can be adjusted dynamically to improve the fuel economy.Thirdly,a bus power management system is proposed and the power management strategy based on the optimal distribution of load power is realized.The network communication protocol based on LIN bus is designed.Finally,the functional verification platform is built in CANoe software,the functional verification experiment verifies the feasibility of the designed network node communication.The vehicle experiment is carried out on the vehicle test bench,and the test results verify the effectiveness of the power management strategy.This study is of great significance to reduce the fuel consumption and exhaust emissions,at the same time improve the vehicle environmental attributes.
