With growth in living standard,automobile has gradually become a necessity in people's life and travel structure has changed fundamentally.Due to the rapid growth of vehicle ownership,a series of traffic problems has to be faced with,especially parking problem and road congestion.Under the situation of parking problem,numbers of wandering vehicles aggravate the road congestion and create a vicious circle.Therefore,in order to alleviate urban traffic problems,not only parking supply should be increased,but reasonably inducing vehicles traveling in the road network should be focused on as well.The current study of the parking lot usually proposes developing schemes based on the parking demand.At same time,travel route guidance only considers the impact of the path without the impact of parking lot on path selection.In this paper,the drivers' parking behavior is analyzed considering factors influencing the choice of route and parking lot.A parking lot planning model is established and the dynamic route inducing method is proposed based on drivers' decision.First,by analyzing driving behaviors,the traveling process could be divided into two separate stages which are parking lot selection and travel path selection.According to different method,path and parking lot selection probability could be calculated.By that,parking decision model based on probabilistic choice could be established and could be comparatively analyzed with the result of the parking traffic distribution under equilibrium state of random users.Then,combined with the drivers' choice of parking lot,in the case of certain parking demand,the lack of public parking space in each functional area in current planning area could be curtained.Considering the influence of parking attraction and generalized maximal covering model,parking site selecting model in order to solve the lack of public parking space could be established.LINGO software could be used to solve the problem,which can meet the requirements of demanding parking lot,and provide the basis for managers to make decisions.Finally,under the condition of periodic updating of traffic information,along with parking decision model,dynamic parking lot selection and path inducing method could be designed,as well as converting travel process to selecting process of varied starting point and ending point.The method is intended to provide best driving decision scheme of dynamic optimal parking lot and optimal travel path.
