In order to study the dynamic performance of miniature turbojet under overload condition,it requires to provide a kind of simulated overload environmential test device.The purpose of this article is to design an overload acceleration test device based on micro gas turbine engine to simulate the overload environment in combustion process.This article uses air gun for test,the device is a compressed air-driven test engine to complete the acceleration,the overload test area is the axial acceleration to the maximum test requirements.This article design a testing system to test the overlad of micro gas turbine engine,at last,this article builds the mathematical model and uses the finite element analysis software to analyzing the feasibility of the testing system.the main study show as the following;It introduces the working principle and the main structure of the air gun,arranges the the pneumatic control system reasonably;The main performance parameters of the test engine during the course of motion are obtained by the knowledge of aerodynamics,designing the test engine,especially the design of accelerometer retainer,has been designed,which greatly simplifies the test system.The test method of the parameters of the test device was designed,The accelerometer is designed by MEMS accelerometer,and the circuit diagram of the main module is designed based on the single chip microcomputer.At the same time,the finite element analysis software was used to analyze the process and strength of the test engine.The research in this article can provide technical support for other fields of acceleration and overload test.
