Traditional cars have rised to the problems of environmental pollution and resource crisis,and due to the electric car is zero emission,become it turn into important direction of every country,this topic comes from ZhongTai E200 electric vehicle program.Electric vehicle has three major electric components,the battery,the electric control,motor.this paper studies the motor control part mainly.This paper mainly studies the electric control,The research object is the controler of permanent magnet synchronous motor.This paper incloud three focus,one is how make tedious code turn into simplification and platform.Second is to use fuzzy PI algorithm to solve the program of slow response and poor accuracy,Third harmonic compensation algorithm to solve the problem of comfort and economy.In the process of motor control software code is very complicated,and it's very difficultiy when review and verification.In order to solve this problem by building motor control model of accord with vehicle control logic.Comfort issues involved the dithering phenomenon when accelerating or braking,response is slow when high speed,and the feedback error when through the bumpy road.The study found that it is difficult to use mathematical method to describe the dynamic process of the motor control.Especially the complex working conditions and load disturbance and EMC interference of electric car.These issues makes the traditional PI control already cannot satisfy the precise output and quick response.This article adopt the fuzzy PI control method to solve above the problems.In addition,the motor has many high harmonic lead to motor controller output ua and ub and uc include different levels harmonic,make the motor efficiency turn lower,and the harmonic will cause high frequency noise disturbing to people.This article adopt harmonic compensation algorithm to solve the above problem.Then take the simulation and the actual test verification of the motor control model combining fuzzy PI algorithm and harmonic compensation algorithm.Eventually proved to be feasible.
