Everyday there are thousands of projects had been build in China,with the construction scale increased,technical upgrade and complex environmental,the risk of project has sharply increase in the construction field.Construction project risk management can improve the ability to resist risks,ensuring the goals has achieved.In the field of architecture,each project implementation is a process of continue improvement.From the feasibility stage to the construction stage,from sign the contract to completed settlement.In the process of internal and external environmental changes,the original design can be adjusted and lead to engineering changes,which increase the total investment of the project.Engineering changes include design changes,construction plan of change,conditions change,contract changes and so on,which by design changes to the cost of most.Design change has some characteristics,such as complexity,irregular,involving large number of investment change.Therefore,improve the life-cycle of the design management is the key to help the managers find the reason and control the risk of design change,which is also good for construction units control the investment.Based on this background,this thesis attempts to study on risk management of construction engineering changes.First,the thesis focus on the characteristics and current situation of design changes in the engineering industry.Then used the BP neural network model established the risk assessment and control of design change model,based on model we can obtained the non-linear logic between risk factors and the rate change of project investment,through the BP neural network model we can implement sensitivity analysis and get the effect of risk factors on the rate of change of investment risk degree.Last,considering the probability of occurrence in each risk factor and the results of sensitivity analysis,the article establishing risk matrix and classify each risk factors.Final through practical case study,verify the risk assessment and control model is feasibility in risk management.
