With the rapid development of mobile Internet and the popularity of intelligent hardware,GPS as the representative of the outdoor positioning technology has greatly improved people's production and lifestyle.At the same time,indoor positioning has also produced a broad and tangible demand.Many places,such as finding the goods in the supermarket,parking navigation in the car park,personnel positioning protection in the underground mine and positioning tracking in the virtual reality equipment,need indoor positioning.Among them,The positioning of virtual reality devices is widely studied due to the potential market value of virtual reality.Based on the comparison of various positioning techniques at present stage,it is found that ultrasonic positioning technology has the advantages of high positioning accuracy,simple layout,strong anti-interference and low cost in virtual reality equipment location.Then the paper analyzes the principle of ultrasonic positioning technology.Then,combining the application of virtual reality equipment,the paper puts forward a set of ultrasonic indoor positioning system.The ultrasonic indoor positioning system is built on the ultrasonic sensor,and includes an ultrasonic transmitter subsystem,an ultrasonic receiver subsystem,a data transfer subsystem,and a background control and processing center.In accordance with the application requirements,after the background control and processing center issued a positioning command,the ultrasonic transmitter subsystem will launch an ultrasonic signal and a RF signal for synchronous timing.The ultrasonic receiver subsystem receives the RF signal and the ultrasonic signal and calculates the positioning data and sends it to the background control and processing center.The background control and processing center handles the positioning data and resolves the 3D coordinates of the target and then displays it to the user.The data transfer subsystem acts as a communication bridge.After introducing the design scheme of the ultrasonic indoor positioning system,the paper specifically analyzes the design of the system from hardware and software.The hardware section includes the circuit design,PCB design and soldering of the various parts of the system;the PCB design is done under Altium Designer 10.The software section includes the underlying software of the system,the preparation of the host computer and the database design;the underlying software is written in C language at Keil uvision 4 and IAR Embedded Workbench 8.20;the host computer is finished in Qt Creater 4.2.1 with C++ language;the data processing part is done using MATLAB R2014a;the database uses the MySQL database to store the location data.Finally,the test environment of the system is set up in the laboratory,and the function test and the result analysis are carried out.The ultrasonic indoor positioning system designed and implemented in this paper has been tested to meet the requirement of virtual reality equipment.Improved,it can also be used in the indoor robot positioning and the warehouse navigation car,and has the application value.
