With the rapid development of railway transportation,the average speed is accerlerating too,it makes the safety of urban rail traffic become more and more important.In the daily operation and maintenance of city rail train marshalling,need even hanging,in order to improve the operation efficiency,coupling speed continues to improve,so the train vibration absorbing ability put forward new requirements,to ensure the safety and reliability of listed in the marshalling even hanging in the main structure.In the course of the collision,the kinetic energy of the urban rail train is absorbed by the absorbing energy,but in the course of collision,the structure of the car body will also produce tiny elastic deformation.The train safety protection usually divided into active safety protection and passive safety protection,the passive safety protection technology is mainly studied in this paper,that is how to absorb the collision energy to ensure the reliability of the carbody in the process of the collision.The passive safety protection technology of urban rail train mainly adopts to the carbody structure of good impact resistance and a series of energy absorbing devices which installed in the vehicle to protect the safety of carbody structure and passengers.In this paper,the dynamic performance of the train and the energy absorption characteristics of the energy absorbing devices are simulated by the computer software simulation technology,to analyzes whether the urban rail train can meet the requirements of the energy absorption of the collision in the specified conditions.On this basis,the rigid body model of the dynamic software is replaced by the flexible body model,and then the simulation of the continuous collision is carried out,and the simulation results of the two models are compared and analyzed.In this paper,multi-body dynamics theory is used to study the rigid and rigid-flexible coupling of urban rail train's carbody,the finite element method is used as an auxiliary comparative analysis.In this paper the process of train collision under the ideal conditions firstly to be introduced,and it is divided into five steps and described in details,the process of impact energy absorption and dissipation in the process of train collision is described.The dynamics simulation model of the rigid carbody is established in the SIMPACK which is the multi-body dynamics analysis software,and the kinematic data are obtained by the study of dynamic collision simulation of the train,the reliability of the model in the process of continuous collision is verified by this data.Then the finite element model of the carbody is established and substructure analysis is carried out by using the ANSYS which is the finite element analysis software,and then the rigid body model of carbody is replaced by the flexible carbody,the rigid-flexible coupling model is established.Finally,the simulation analysis of the rigid-flexible coupling dynamics model is carried out under the same working conditions,after compared the simulation results of the flexible carbody and rigid carbody,the conclusion is drawn that the small elastic deformation of the carbody has cerrtain influence about the dynamic performance of the train train collision.The results of this study show that the small elastic deformation of the carbody should be considered to analyze the research accurately.The research results of this paper has good theoretical significance and engineering application value,it plays a positive role in the study of passive safety of trains.
