| Unmanned intelligent electric vehicle is the world’s leading research and hotspot technology,which meets the requirements of energy saving and environmental protection and saving manpower cost,it is conducive to the development of intelligent transportation and has broad prospects for development.With the improvement of power battery technology and the support of national policy,the development of electric vehicles is getting faster and faster,and the demand for unmanned intelligent drive control is more and more urgent.Firstly,this paper investigates the current situation of intelligent electric vehicle at home and abroad,the overall objectives and design parameters were determined to complete the intelligent electric car frame design and driving,braking and steering mechanism selection design,and the overall drive control scheme of electric car is developed;The hardware and software of the car drive controller are introduced in detail,the control system with STM32F103VET6 as the core controller was designed which realizes the intelligent control of the electric car,and provides a platform for the following research.The drive controller is divided into software layer,driver layer and hardware layer.The software layer is mainly to realize the overall motion control of intelligent electric vehicles;the drive layer is mainly to realize the proper work of motor and sensor;the hardware layer mainly includes the hardware equipment and the circuit of the system.The hardware design includes power circuit design,putter motor speed control circuit design,driving mode selection circuit design,PCB circuit board design and hardware selection and the overall line connection design;the software design mainly includes the driving control system design,the brake system design and the steering system design.The PID control algorithm was used on the control system to ensure a certain degree of comfort.The brake system was designed with three kinds of braking modes,such as slight braking,general braking and emergency braking.Stepping motor was adopted on the steering system to realize the precise control of steering angle.USB bus technology was used to ensure the safety communication between control system and host computer.This electric vehicles has two driving modes,includes manual driving and automatic driving,and can also be controlled by infrared remote control at the same time.The reliability of the hardware circuit of the system is tested by serial debugging software,and the feasibility of the system design is verified.Finally,the car drive controller is installed on the electric car,and the indoor and outdoor road test is carried out,it is proved that the design of the car drive controller can meet the demand of low speed motion control. |
