With the world's energy shortages and air pollution problems become increasingly serious,to wind power,photovoltaic and other clean energy power generation-led distributed power and electric vehicles have been the strong development of governments.However,the uncertainty of distributed power output and the disordered behavior of electric vehicle charging behavior can greatly affect the economic and safe operation of traditional distribution network system,such as increasing power distribution Network peak valley burden,reduce power supply reliability and so on.There are many studies on the influence of distributed power supply or electric vehicle access distribution network at home and abroad,but there are few studies on the reconstruction of distributed power supply and electric vehicle distribution network.Therefore,it is very important to study this problem.The meaning of.Therefore,based on the reading of a large number of related literature at home and abroad,this paper studies the distribution network of distributed power supply and electric vehicle,and the main work is as follows:Firstly,several common distributed power and electric vehicles are introduced,and the influence of them on the distribution network is summarized.It mainly includes the influence of distribution voltage,relay protection and power quality.After the distributed power supply and electric vehicle access to the distribution network,the establishment of their random model.Then,the stochastic model of the distributed power supply and the electric vehicle is combined with the reconfiguration of the distribution network by the probability flow calculation method.The random load of the distributed power supply in the distribution network,the disorder of the charging load of the electric vehicle and the randomness of the load The semi-invariant method is used to calculate the power flow to obtain the probability distribution parameter.Secondly,the objective function of the reconfiguration of the distribution network is determined,and the distribution network model with the minimum expectation of the network loss and the minimum load balance is taken as the optimization target and the power distribution model with the trend,voltage,branch power and network topology as the constraint condition The Then the concept of entropy is used to improve the multi-objective particle swarm algorithm.The Pareto optimal solution set is transformed into a two-dimensional plane according to the parallel coordinate method to define and calculate the entropy of the Pareto optimal solution.Then,three evolution states are defined according to the difference of Pareto entropy,and the judgment condition is defined.Finally,according to the evolutionary state,the acceleration coefficient and the inertia weight parameter of the particle swarm algorithm are adjusted adaptively,and the chaotic strategy is used to prevent the algorithm from falling into the local extremum,which ensures that the algorithm is used to update the parameters of the Pareto optimal solution.The convergence of the algorithm and the diversity of the search.Finally,the paper validates the correctness and validity of the proposed model and algorithm using IEEE-33 and IEEE-69 node system.
