Centrifugal pumps play a important role in all aspects of the national economy.Impeller is the core component of centrifugal pump,which directly affects the performance of the centrifugal pump and the entire industrial process.The internal flow and the optimization design of a centrifugal pump impeller have always been the focus for the researchers.In this paper,a cylindrical blade centrifugal pump is the research object.The relationship between the blade-loading distribution and the hydraulic performance of the centrifugal pump is studied.(1)The model of centrifugal pump is built using Solidworks 3d modeling software.ICEM and Workbench are used to model the hybrid mesh of pump,and then the reasonable number of grids for numerical calculation is chosen through the analysis of the grid independence.(2)The unsteady numerical results of the prototype pump are compared with the experimental data,which verify the reliability and accuracy of numerical method.(3)The blade-loading curves under nine different flow conditions are plotted by the numerical calculation,the nine different flow is during 0.2Q_d to 1.0Q_d.The influence of flow rate on the blade-loading distribution is analyzed.The blade-loading curve under the designed flow condition is fitted with three-step curve,the inverse design pump is designed based on the three-step curve of the prototype pump by the inverse design method.The prototype pump and the inverse design pump are compared and analyzed.(4)On the premise that the total load of blade is invariable,9 kinds of impellers with different blade-loading distribution are designed by adjusting the slope of main load zone.The SST ?-? turbulence model is used to the unsteady numerical simulation of the centrifugal pump.The head of delivery,efficiency,radial force,internal flow and pressure fluctuation of centrifugal pump under different blade-loading distribution are analyzed.The influence of slope variation of main load area on the hydraulic performance of the centrifugal pump is analyzed.(5)On the premise that the total load of blade is invariable,4 kinds of models are designed by adjusting the blade-loading distribution.The influence of the location of the fore-loaded point,the location and the size of the aft-loaded point on the hydraulic performance of the centrifugalpump is analyzed.
