By the end of 2016,the national high-speed railway commercial mileage has reached 22 thousand kilometers,which accounts for more than 60%of the total mileage of high speed railway in the world,and China has basically formed four vertical and four horizontal high-speed railway network.However,the capacity of high-speed transport corridor(such as the Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway,Beijing-Guangzhou high-speed railway)become increasingly saturated,which has been difficult to meet the increased demand travelling by high-speed railway.As the critical nodes in railway networks,large stations become the bottleneck to restrain the capacity improvement of the large transport corridor.In order to further develop ability of high-speed railway station and high-speed transport corridor,this paper puts forward an integrated model and method based on space-time network for scheduling technical operations in high-speed large passenger station.Firstly,this paper makes a detailed analysis of the high-speed railway station technical operations and finds out that the core part of it is route selection and utilization of track in station bottleneck,the essence of which can be transformed into a limited resource allocation problem of space-time.The theory of space-time network is used to describe the problem.Next,a route selection and utilization of track integration model based on the theory of space-time network is established to minimize the train delay time.A small scale example is designed to verify the correctness of the model through the optimal software GAMS programming,which can be the theoretical support for the final large-scale real-world cases.According to analyze the characteristics of the model and the applicability of common algorithms,Lagrangian relaxation algorithm is selected as the main algorithm to solve the model by C#programming.Finally,a case study of station technical operation plan of Tianjin station in 2 peaking hours(14-16)is carried out.In order to compare and analyze,the basic data of the timetable contains two kinds:1)the existing train timetable;2)adding train paths based on the existing train timetable.We can conclude that,for the first date,the method can automatically complete the station technical operation plan in 3 minutes,and the result is similar to the actual,which show the method is more efficient.For the second date,it has been difficult to complete the station technical operations by using artificial work.Using the method proposed in this paper can automatically relief train conflict,but some of the trains will be delayed in large passenger station.Based on the two kinds of date,the method can complete the station technical operation plan effectively and automatically.The cases above fully demonstrate the correctness of the proposed model and the high efficiency of the algorithm.
