| As the breakthrough of wind power generation technology constantly,the development of wind turbine equipment,the prospects of wind power industry are very broad.As one of the important parts of large-scale wind turbine,the standby power in pitch system has a great influence on the safety,reliability and economy of the whole wind turbine system.When the grid is powered down,the backup battery needs to power the pitch system to complete the emergency action.This paper will propose the lithium titanate batteries which is used in backup power system of pitch system and design the battery management system.In this paper,the key technical indexes and characteristics of the backup power supply in pitch system are analyzed and compared,and the problems of existing system are analyzed.The three kinds of energy storage elements which is commonly used in the pitch reserve system are analyzed and compared,then the scheme of using lithium titanate battery is put forward.Based on the the basic principle and characteristics of lithium titanate batteries,this paper analyzes the problems of lithium batteries used in the backup power supply of pitch system.According to the characteristics of the lithium titanate batteries,the control strategy of the battery management system is designed.According to the original system structure and topology and the needs of standby power in pitch system for battery management system,the main circuit and control circuit of the battery management system are designed.The software part of the battery management system is also designed.Finally,the lithium titanate battery pack and the battery management system were combined to build a pitch simulation experiment platform.The function of the battery management system was completed by debugging and verified,including the data acquisition,data processing,communication and charging or discharging control.At the same time full charging or discharging,simulated pitch action and shelved experiments are carried on.Through the experiments,the characteristics of lithium titanate batteries and the rationality and advantage of lithium titanate batteries used in the pitch system are verified. |
