In recent years,the rapid development of electric vehicles,but there are still many problems hinder its promotion and popularization,which power battery pack charging time and low battery life is a major problem.The study found that,in the power battery pack charging,with the power battery remaining capacity changes,the battery load characteristics will be a big change,this phenomenon will seriously affect the dynamic performance and stability of the charger.Therefore,in the charging process if the power battery pack charging current is too large or the two ends of the voltage is too high,it will cause permanent damage to the power battery,so that its performance and service life dropped significantly.In order to solve this problem,the charging system must have a better controller.In this paper,the self-adaptive charging system of high-power power lithium battery is researched and designed.The model of the full-bridge converter and the power lithium battery in the charging system is analyzed.The adaptive controller is designed,and the parameters and parameters Self-tuning,to achieve the system's adaptive charging.The main tasks are:(1)the current stage of the conventional electric car charging system defects,due to the electric vehicle lithium battery load characteristics of the inconsistencies caused by the charging system in the battery charge,will cause the lithium battery performance degradation and life reduction.(2)Considering the cost of the system design and the reliability of the system,the overall design scheme of the system hardware circuit is determined,the hardware circuit design of the charging system is completed,the main circuit adopts the full bridge converter suitable for high power,Set the multi-function protection circuit,isolated drive circuit and DSP as the core of the detection control circuit.(3)In order to propose a practical and meaningful adaptive charging control scheme,which effectively reduces the impact of charging on the performance and life of lithium batteries,this paper studies the charge and discharge characteristics of power lithium batteries,and carried out the battery charge and discharge experiments,A simple and reasonable system circuit model is established,and the adaptive charging of the system is realized by using parameter identification technique and parameter self-tuning technique.(4)Finally,to verify the system of the technical indicators,confirmed the high efficiency of the charging system stability,we take the experimental test about the basic function of the charging system.
