Study On The Design For Greenway In Tai'an City

The concept of “Greenway” comes from abroad,firstly appearing in the construction and planning of some famous countries including the United States,Britain,France and Singapore,then introduced into China gradually.The construction of “Greenway” is considered as a part of green system planning,especially in the Pearl River Delta and other developed city.In the context of the country's ecological construction,leisure is an indispensable way of life,the social values of people are changed and some social activities are becoming more and more diverse according to the diversification of the city.However,because of the rapid development of the city,the city's ecological environment has been polluted seriously,which also leads to greenhouse effect and heat-island effect.In addition,green space which can be used for construction or transformation is limited,but people prefer experiencing the nature of the city and enjoying a green and healthy life.Therefore,due to the emergence of“Greenway”,the high density population of the city can be effectively alleviated since it can provide green area for residents.This essay aims to get inspirations and directions of the greenway construction in our country according to the theoretical research and case analysis of other different countries.At the same time,in order to provide guidance for the greenway construction and explore a suitable method and theory of greenway planning in Tai'an city,this research integrates and analyses the definition,the characteristics and the evolvement of theories,functions of greenway and the role in city construction based on the present issues and related countermeasures existing in the greenway planning.The core part of this essay is to study the planning of important greenway in the city of Tai'an,mainly including planning and design level.The planning level focuses on the greenway planning status of Tai'an city,cultural elements,city traffic and cycling route,so as to explore the conception of “landscape city” to guide the construction of greenway in Tai'an city by analysing the nodes' system planning,the classification planning of greenway and the function planning.Then this research is able to make some solutions based on the conception of “landscape city” through examining the existing issues of Tai'an greenway.Through analysis of the existing neglected landscape environment,the urban characteristics and theurban road landscape,the Urban Greenway in Taian City are not closely related.The paper has formulated several solutions to use the concept of “landscape city”,which connects the urban landscape resources and historical humanities resources around the Urban Greenway,enhances the interaction between mountain and water of city,improves the city taste and the core competitiveness.Finally,this essay takes Tai'an greenway planning as an important design part,selecting each type of Greenway to analyze the current situation and make a preliminary design.Also it selects different Joe shrub and aquatic plants to carry on the plant configuration and increases the many types of post in the appropriate node areas,which improves the Greenway landscape.At the same time,according to the Urban Greenway special facilities planning,this paper integrates the greenway construction from various aspects,formulates and makes Tai'an city greenway planning objectives and prospects.
