As a new type of control blasting technology,explosive logic network can ensure the reliability and security of itself,is related to the reliability and security of the weapons equipment or the aviation,space systems.It produce an effect on fight and the development process of the aeronautics fuse technology.Explosive logic network is reliable or not,affects the reliability of weapons equipment,aviation and space systems.If explosive logic network is not safe,it will cause disastrous consequences such as the heavy casualties and property losses.The research of explosive logic network system in China started relatively late.Compared with foreign,our test facilities condition is poor,and production technology is backward.These factors lead to no guarantee on the safety and reliability of the system,and the applications are limited.Therefore,in combination with explosive logic network structure function principle,and carry out analysis and evaluation of the reliability and safety has the very vital significance.Reliability modeling and analysis are a key part of explosive logic networks of the reliability and safety analysis.In this paper,it based on the reliability model of explosive logic network,to carry out the research of system's reliability and safety.Combined with the actual situation of explosive logic network storage state for a long time,to carry out the accelerated life assessment.In this thesis,the main content includes the following several parts.First,combining the explosive logic network function and the structure principle,to establish reliability model.Based on the reliability of explosive logic network model,carry out failure mode effects analysis,and establish failure mode effects analysis table.Then find the weak link of the system.Carry out explosive logic network failure tree analysis,calculate the minimum cut sets of system failure tree.By using the method of triangular fuzzy number to quantitative calculation of failure tree.Calculate the fuzzy probability of system function failure occurs.Second,introduction on the safety of explosive logic network.Safety and reliability are not completely the same,the reliability tend to provisions system complete function.The process on its design,production,transportation,storage,useage was analyzed from the aspects of safety.Based on the key parts in system safety analysis,to determine the time matching model calculation method and the reliability of the related to the size of the window analysis,as well as related to energy,material characteristics and parameters.With two inputs four outputs explosive logic network systematic safety failure analysis as an example,establish security failure tree.And calculating the probability of safety failures occur.After quantitative analysis of the above work,qualitative analysis of system safety is carried out.Analysis other factors may produce safety accident,and improvement measures are put forward.Finally,based on the explosive logic network belongs to the disposable fire products,mainly in the storage life profile,and the characteristics of very long storage period.Then with high temperature and high humidity to explosive logic network system for environmental stress accelerated life test evaluation.Use the cubic spline interpolation method in numerical analysis,interpolation on accelerated test data processing.Using regression analysis method,to determine the parameters of accelerated life model.Finally,completed the storage of the explosive logic network reliable life assessment.
