The development of sea sand resources for construction becomes very meaningful because of the shortage of river sand resources.In solid stainless steel tube concrete,on the one hand because of the stainless steel pipe itself has good corrosion resistance,on the other hand,solid stainless steel tube concrete components,the core of the concrete in a closed environment,this special environment may also limit the sea Sand on the corrosion of stainless steel pipe tube.It makes the research very meaningful that makes the sea sand directly applied to the CFSST without treatment.Based on the experimental and theoretical aspects,the mechanical properties and working mechanism of the square stainless steel tube seawater concrete column under eccentric compression are studied.Specifically carried out the following aspects of the work:"1?Summarizing the domestic and foreign experiment and theoretical research about Stainless Steel structure,Concrete-filled Stainless Steel Tube structure and sea sand concrete structure,and Pointing out the significance of this research and the methods and contents of the research.2.Experimental study on a series of square sea sand Concrete-filled Stainless Steel Tube bias specimens,Including:14 square Concrete-filled Stainless Steel Tubes and 28 square sea sand Concrete-filled Stainless Steel Tube under eccentric compression.The main parameters are:eccentricity,slenderness ratio,the strength of the concrete core and the core fine aggregate concrete type.The experimental results show that:the original sea sand can replace the sea sand and river sand as the fine aggregate of core concrete of CFSST.The ultimate bearing capacity of the specimen decreases with the increase of eccentricity and slenderness ratio under eccentric compression load.3.Based on the existing specifications,the bearing capacity of the concrete specimen of the square stainless steel tube is calculated.The feasibility of calculating the bearing capacity of the square steel tube with the existing ordinary steel tube design is proved.The calculation results show that Ordinary concrete filled steel tube specification calculation of stainless steel tube sea sand concrete bias specimen bearing capacity of the results are relatively conservative.4?The finite element model of square sea sand concrete-filled stainless steel tube specimen was established using constitutive model of CFST,and the results of the simulation are in good agreement with the experimental results.The finite element simulation results show that the finite element analysis can be achieved by using the constitutive model of ordinary concrete and the simulation of the original seawater concrete bias specimen.
