As the energy shortage problem increasingly prominent,development of new renewable energy has become one of research hot spot.The elevator energy Regenerator device is a renewable energy device which developed for the increasing of elevator energy consumption,it can feedback the energy that is dissipated through braking resistance back to the grid,achieve the goal of energy conservation and emissions reduction.Due to the energy is feedbacked to the grid,it distrubs the stability of power grid and the electrical equipment surrounding,the interference is mainly caused by the harmonic current and harmonic voltage,and which are generated when the energy is feedbacked to the grid,thus research how to reduce the harmonic content in the renewable energy has important theoretical significance and application value.This paper introduce a method that using software phase-locked loop control and dead-time compensation control strategy to match the hardware,to make the harmonic meet the standard,and to reduce the interference of power grid and the harm to electrical equipment around.Using software phase-locked loop control strategy,the power grid three-phase voltage phase Angle can be accurate tracking,ensure the accuracy of the output voltage phase,thus reduce output voltage distortion.Using dead-time compensation control strategy,to ensure the actual opening time of the switch tube is the same with the given ideal opening time,this can effectively reduce the system output voltage phase deviation,and to reduce the output voltage distortion caused by current distortion,and to make the output phase current waveform sine,and to improves the output performance of energy feedback,so as to reduce the output harmonic.Software using phase-locked loop control combined with the dead-time compensation control strategy,not only ensure the energy feedback devices adapt to different grid votage and output accurate voltage phase,at the same time it can reduce the output voltage distortion and current distortion,so as to achieve the purpose of reduce the output harmonic.The hardware harmonic suppression mathod is using three-phase power grid voltage sampling,upper and lower bridge interlock IGBT drive circuit and energy feedback special reactor and match with the software control strategy,to further reduce the output harmonic.Grid three-phase voltage sampling circuit can ensure the phase-locked loop control technology of power phase Angle of the accurate tracking and the accuracy of the output phase Angle.IGBT drive interlock drive circuit and reduce the switch tube and the possibility of direct short circuit and shortening the dead-time from the designning principle,this is the support and complement for dead-time compensation control strategy,to ensure reduce the deviation of the output phase.Energy feedback special reactor has the advantages of small volume,light weight,low noise,good filtering effect,fast heat dissipation,low temperature,and long service life,and so on,output circuit series connection the special reactor can achieve the effect of reactive power compensation and reduce harmonic.
