Distribution lines is the bridge between the power grid and the users,and also the important link to determine the quality of power supply and reliability of power supply.With the application and maturation of distribution automation technology,when the distribution network fault occurs,the master station could analyze the data uploaded by the distribution network automation terminal to determine the fault section and adopt the isolation measures,but the distribution automation development is still not comprehensive,unreasonable planning and there are other issues.In China,the distribution network neutral point is non-effective grounding,in the event of ground fault,fault positioning accuracy is difficult,not only to extend the troubleshooting time,but also increase the operation and maintenance staff workload.In order to solve the difficult problem of locating distribution network overhead line fault,by researching and designing intelligent distribution network condition monitoring system,operation and maintenance personnel can keep abreast of the distribution network fault state,quickly and accurately determine the fault,especially the selection of ground fault line,specific research work in the following areas:First,studied the neutral grounding mode of distribution network and the grounding line selection method of the existing small current grounding system.At present,the main distribution network in our country is neutral point ungrounded or grounded by arc suppression coil,there are advantages or disadvantages of the existing methods of grounding line selection,and none of them could guarantee the correct rate.Secondly,researched the intelligent distribution network condition monitoring system.Researched the functional requirements,function realization principles and implementation of the intelligent distribution network condition monitoring system.By combining and transforming the traditional fault indicator principle and distribution automation system,using artificial neural network method,the specific implementation plan of the intelligent distribution network condition monitoring system was given.Again,the intelligent distribution network condition monitoring system was carried out in Rizhao distribution network The effectiveness of the condition monitoring system was verified by practical cases.There is a good application effect of intelligent distribution network line condition monitoring system in Rizhao distribution network,in the view of economic point,the monitoring system could quickly locate the fault,reducing the power outage time and scope,reducing the distribution network operator unit of human,material and improve the efficiency of power enterprises;in the view of social point,reducing the power outage time establish a power enterprise efficient and responsible image of power industry.Finally,summarized this paper,prospected the development of the intelligent distribution network condition monitoring system.
