With the continuous development of society,more and more people begin to live in high-rise residential buildings.To response this challenge,as a company which producing human-computer interaction products(COP&LOP)of elevators,must introduce advanced equipment and technology and make the products meet the individual needs of customers in terms of appearance.At the same time,in order to adapt to increasing small-batches of customers,the company also must study how to arrange the order of production orders reasonably and how to optimize the processes of products on various equipments for maximizing the utilization rate of existing resources.Through this way,the company can reduce the delivery cycle,and reduce the cost of manufacturing as well.Therefore,the standard of the job shop scheduling,determines the competitiveness of the company.Therefore,how to schedule the human and equipment resources of the steel plate workshop efficiently is equal to the question how to optimize the producing process of all the equipments according to the customer orders which belonging to a non-deterministic polynomial.The equipments and process of manufacturing a product have a variety of options in job shop production.After combined,they come to a huge number of possible answers,so the subject is a typical NP problem.Studying on job shop scheduling is meaningful not only to reducing cost and promoting efficiency but also to the theory of solving non-deterministic polynomial.As a result,more and more companies and scholars become to study on scheduling through a model of a job shop and make it a hot topic nowadays.In this subject,an improved algorithm based on linear programming and with several restrictions is widely studied by many researchers,because it has advantages of solving non-deterministic polynomial problem with the capability of rapid random searching,parallelism on time,scalability on algorithm and so on.In this article,we firstly introduce the manufacturing mode of the steel plate workshop of elevator products and the scheduling scheme based on this existing mode.Additionally,the basic theory and the current development of linear programming algorithm will be introduced this article including the basic concept and the algorithm process of it.Secondly,new judging and selecting methods will be put forward to the precocious indexes of the algorithm and the effectiveness of the improved linear programming algorithm on solving and optimizing static scheduling problems will be verified through modeling and analyzing the actual status of a workshop.Then,on the basis of the static scheduling researching,we further study dynamic scheduling problems of the steel plate work shop and put forward a strategy combining the event-driven with periodic scheduling.On the periodic scheduling strategy,a method of variable cycle rolling window will be introduced in the article in addition.After that,through observing the actual workshop and analyzing statistical data,we confirm that abnormal events about the machine faults,will become a serious impact on the scheduling process.Therefore,a specific system design on machine faults in the dynamic scheduling is taken into consideration and used to solve problems through dynamic scheduling strategy put forward in this paper.It's easier to grasp the method of modeling and optimization of scheduling in this paper than existing methods.Production managers can use the method skillfully after simple training.It's conducive for the method in this paper to promoting with These advantages.
